Marlboro Middle School (MMS) is the proud recipient of an American flag that was flown in its honor by the 137th Expeditionary Airlift Squadron on March 3. The flag flew aboard a United States Air Force (USAF) Globemaster III aircraft, which was deployed from Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar, in support of Operation Inherent Resolve.
The flag was gifted to the school by the father of MMS Grade 6 student Dylan Fleischman. Senior Master Sergeant (SMSgt) Adam Fleischman has served with the USAF for 26 years, and arranged to have the flag flown during his recent 90-day deployment.
